Candidate’s
Day
On April 12, the Admissions Office and student members of the Villanova
Ambassadors and Blue Key Society welcomed prospective students for the
class of 2007 to Candidate’s Day. The day included addresses by
the Rev. Father Dobbin, O.S.A., University president; Beth Hassel, executive
director of Campus Ministry; Teresa Nance, Ph.D., Communication chair
as well as several student speakers. Approximately 600 prospective students
and their families were greeted on main campus by a variety of campus
organizations and were treated to lunch and campus tours as well as the
opportunity to meet with their individual colleges.
